For less time-sensitive queries, or if you'd rather write in detail, email tendertouch.edu@gmail.com. Email queries are usually answered within 1-2 business days. Include the same details as above — language, level, and timing — so a counselor can respond with relevant batch options right away.

What to include in your first message

• The language or exam you want to learn (German, French, Spanish, Japanese, Sanskrit, Spoken English, IELTS, or PTE)
• Your current level, or that you're starting from zero
• Your goal — study abroad, career, an upcoming exam date, or a child's enrollment
• Your preferred days/times and time zone, since batches run across weekday, weekend, and evening slots

Where we're based

Tender Touch is based in India and teaches learners worldwide entirely through live online classes — there is no physical office or campus to visit, so WhatsApp and email are the only ways to reach us, and every class itself is also conducted live over video call.
